People always ask what my gratitude and journaling practices are. To tell you the truth, I don’t have a daily practice and there are a few reasons why. Today I want to talk about awareness & avoiding the gratitude trap.
In this episode, I’m going to help you:
— Understand that in order to move into awareness, there’s a different reality beyond your five senses.
— Develop a foundation, a belief, that everything is for more life (and be able to make your decisions based on this idea of more life).
–Have the ability to get rid of things that no longer serve you so you can let it go and move forward.
–Learn how to change the meaning that you give to things so that you don’t have a gratitude practice, but automatically are grateful for everything.
