Empathy & compassion are positive traits to embody, there is no denying that. However, when you start to feel bad about yourself when observing the pain in society and blame yourself for the actions of others, it crosses into a place that is not healthy. When you take on that pain as a self identification process you have to question the internal intention that is behind it. Based on what is going on in our world today, this conversation is extremely necessary to make sense of it all.
Self esteem is your compass that guides you through life. On today’s episode I’m addressing the tumultuous times we find ourselves in and how you can navigate it from a mindset perspective. One thing I know is that true change has to start from within and it starts with owning your life and taking responsibility for whatever you say or do.
