I had a fantastic conversation recently with Gary Vaynerchuk and his team at Vaynermedia around the importance of providing high value content and maintaining integrity around what you do. There is no one in the industry who provides more content than Gary V.  Period. He’s taken his business to the stratosphere over the course of the last decade by putting out consistent content that helps those who hear it.   

So, what has he done that separated him from the rest of the pack?  For one he was not willing to change his values to get business, instead he gave people the best of what he had.  It’s really quite simple when you break it down. You don’t get ahead by disguising your intentions and using slimy tricks to get the sale.  You get ahead by providing tremendous value with zero pressure.
